Kenya seeks new Eurobond to fund budget deficit

Kenya’s finance ministry says it needs proposals from banks and firms to provide lead manager services for the issuance of a new Eurobond.
The ministry said in Nairobi that the Eurobond sale would be determined at a later date.
It said the Eurobond would be used to fund the 2018/19 (July-June) budget deficit, without offering more details.
