{"id":39592,"date":"2022-01-13T03:04:32","date_gmt":"2022-01-13T03:04:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thefreezonechannel.com\/?p=39592"},"modified":"2022-01-13T03:04:34","modified_gmt":"2022-01-13T03:04:34","slug":"nlng-debunks-online-train-7-project-vacancies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thefreezonechannel.com\/old\/nlng-debunks-online-train-7-project-vacancies\/","title":{"rendered":"NLNG debunks online Train 7 project vacancies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Nigeria LNG Ltd (NLNG) has denounced an online advertisement announcing vacancies for its Train 7 Project positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NLNG made this known in a statement issued by Mr Andy Odeh, General Manager, External Relations and Sustainable Development, on Wednesday in Lagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statement noted that the advertisement had requested interested persons to join WhatsApp groups created for the purpose of processing such employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNLNG expressly disassociates itself from the advertisement and hereby informs the general public that the said advertisement or any others along the same line are false, fraudulent and calculated to mislead unsuspecting members of the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeither NLNG nor its contractors have commenced recruiting for the Train 7 Project, for which construction activities are yet to commence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMembers of the public are urged to exercise due diligence and caution at all times in evaluating and verifying any claims made by persons purporting to act on behalf of NLNG,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statement expressly advised the general public not to make any financial commitment in relation to any such claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It said that neither NLNG nor its contractors for the Train 7 Project \u2013 a consortium comprising Saipem, Chiyoda and Daewoo (\u2018SCD JV\u2019) which is exclusively responsible for managing all aspects of the Train 7 Projects \u2013 would make such demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIndividuals and companies interested in pursuing opportunities on the Train 7 Project are once again encouraged to visit the contractor\u2019s website for the correct details on how to do business with the consortium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis can be done through this link: http:\/\/qualifymng.saipem.com\/Released\/Home.aspx or Nigeria LNG\u2019s website, www.nigerialng.com or www.nlng.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNLNG\u2019s social media handles (@nigeriaLNG on Twitter, nigerialng on Instagram; and Nigeria LNG Ltd. pages on Facebook and Linkedin), national newspapers and electronic media are also sources of credible information regarding NLNG\u2019s Train 7 project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNLNG expressly disclaims any liability for any losses incurred by any person(s) as a result of reliance on such fraudulent advertisements, communications, e-mails or publications,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n\n<!--themify_builder_content-->\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-39592\" data-postid=\"39592\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-39592 themify_builder tf_clear\">\n    <\/div>\n<!--\/themify_builder_content-->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Nigeria LNG Ltd (NLNG) has denounced an online advertisement announcing vacancies for its Train 7 Project positions.
