(Airtel Nigeria). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is contained in a notice signed by the group\u2019s Company Secretary, Simon O\u2019Hara, posted on the website of the Nigerian Exchange Ltd., on Thursday in Lagos. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the statement, the total consideration for the 8.22 per cent minority shareholdings acquired under the buyback is N61 billion, equivalent to 147 million dollars, using an exchange rate of 415.07 Naira to the dollar. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAirtel Africa now holds 99.96 per cent ownership of its largest subsidiary,\u2019\u2019 it stated. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<!--themify_builder_content-->\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-38621\" data-postid=\"38621\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-38621 themify_builder tf_clear\">\n    <\/div>\n<!--\/themify_builder_content-->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Further to the buyout announcement of Oct. 4, Airtel Africa Plc. has announced the completion of the minority shareholding buyback of Airtel Networks Ltd.
